Property registration

When you register a property (via our contact form, registration funnel, or when we enter details on your behalf), we may collect:

• Property type, number of bedrooms, condition, EPC rating, and fire-safety indicators where provided
• Lease preferences, expected rent, portfolio details, and any message you send

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your registration details to market unrelated third-party products.

• Approved partner companies that may be named as the corporate tenant on a lease (WeLeaseHouses or an approved partner)
• Professional advisers such as solicitors, surveyors, and compliance specialists involved in assessing or completing a lease

• Analytics and advertising platforms, if enabled and where you have accepted cookies
• Regulators, courts, or law enforcement where we are legally required to do so

Where processors handle data on our behalf, we require appropriate contractual safeguards. We do not permit third parties to use your data for their own unrelated marketing.
