A Corporate Tenant Leases Your Property. You Receive the Rent.

WeLeaseHouses is not a traditional letting agent advertising your property to individual tenants. Under a corporate lease, your tenant is WeLeaseHouses or an approved partner — a limited company that takes a direct lease on your property for a fixed term of up to five years.

During that term, you receive an agreed rent regardless of occupancy. The management burden, maintenance, and occupancy risk are handled under your agreement with us — whether we or a partner company is named on the lease.

For landlords concerned about the Renters' Rights Act and the increasing complexity of APT management, our model offers a fundamentally different — and simpler — relationship.
