Futureproof your property for 2030

The UK Government requires privately rented homes in England and Wales to reach a minimum of EPC Band C by 1 October 2030. We accept properties that already meet that standard, or where you are willing to upgrade to EPC C before or during a corporate lease.

We encourage landlords to tackle EPC improvements ahead of time — it futureproofs your property, avoids a last-minute rush, and keeps you ahead of the regulatory deadline.
